Brodeur Machine began in 1922 as a small machine shop operating out of a one-stall garage in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Today, three generations later, we occupy an ultra-modern 53,000 square foot facility, and employ 50 highly skilled individuals who average 20 years of machining experience. We pride ourselves on our flexibility to tackle any and all tasks that the job requires. Whether its on-site repair of an existing piece of equipment or the manufacture, fabrication and installation of an entire production line, Brodeur Machine Company has you covered. We are experienced working with a large range of materials - low carbon, high alloy and tool steels, stainless, aluminum, copper, bronze, monel, titanium, inconel, hastalloy, plastics, ceramics and other exotic metals. We're continually reinvesting to guarantee that the tools and equipment our people have to work with are the very best available. In addition to our machining capabilities we have a full service high technology coating division, which is integrated into our production facility offering thermal spray coatings specializing in high velocity oxy-fuel, wire arc and plasma. Thermal spray is an under utilized service, that greatly extends the life and longevity of many parts giving customers a significant return on their investment. We pride ourselves on our quick response time. We're a first-class, no-nonsense outfit with a highly developed internal communication system. We can make decisions and turn your job around quickly.
