Broken Duck Media is a software company based in Chiang Mai, Thailand. We build custom platforms for businesses in education and training. Our focus is on practical, AI-driven systems that solve real problems. We work with schools, course creators, and companies that need working tools, not templates or generic platforms. This includes public-facing SaaS products, internal dashboards, and mobile apps for managing users, payments, and learning content. Our technical stack includes Python, FastAPI, SQLModel, Astro, and React. We support both web and mobile. Every project starts with a strong foundation: user roles, authentication, and clean data handling. We also build our own products. These include Influent Space, an IELTS prep platform with AI feedback; Tchaikovsky, a browser-based AI music studio; and Reactivid, an upcoming tool for generating educational video content. We offer service packages that match different stages of growth—from early MVPs to full-scale production systems. Each project is modular, documented, and delivered with long-term stability in mind. Our team includes developers, educators, and product managers with experience in building software that lasts. We write and maintain our own code, support what we deploy, and work closely with clients to ship stable releases.
