Brookline Liquor Mart is an icon in Allston, and in the entire American wine industry. Located at the corner of Commonwealth ave. and Allston st. just 3 blocks west of Harvard st. BLM is going into its 4th generation of family ownership, going back to the days of smuggled Canadian whiskey, and a few shady, back alley deals. Now, in its 79th year of operations, a Craft beer revolution underway, better less expensive yet still high quality wines hitting the market, and a younger crowd developing a greater love and appreciation for wines, things couldn't be better. We host Craft beer and spirits tastings every Friday night, 6-8pm, and our regular wine tastings that have been held at BLM now for 20 years, are still on Saturdays from 1-5pm. Come on by and check us out. I assure you, if you live anywhere in the Boston area, we are the last liquor store you'll ever want to visit. That's why we have customers from as far as Western and Southern Massachusetts, we send wine to the Cape, to half the consulates in the city, to the colleges. We make it easy with lots of parking and a friendly and knowledgeable staff. We are Boston's go-to wine and spirits shop. The only question is, why aren't you one of our customers?
