Brooks Development LLC is a national consulting firm created to help individuals and companies acquire and build on land in the US covering a range of areas: including residential, commercial and retail projects nationwide. With over 20 years experience, we assist our clients in carrying parcels of land from the acquisition stage through to Planning and Entitlements with the local authorities and into Development. This includes a range of services such as; - Proformas (Evaluating Risks, Timeline Constraints and Return on Investment) - Full Entitlement Reports (Breaking down the month by month process and all elements required. Conceptual Site Plan Approvals, Will Serve Letters with Utility Providers, Planning Commission meetings, Zoning land use, code allowances, municipal future growth areas, environmental concerns and any other elements that could be of risk (low to high) for a potential project. We then assist our clients through the month by month process to obtain the needed approvals, overseeing the engineering designs, and assistance with the selling process. With our depth in knowledge for strategic growth, operational excellence, and cross-functional leadership we are able to assist our clients at the highest level. Offering our services to coordinate with multiple in-house departments or individuals, managing the executive operations to achieve the business objectives and growth targets needed.
