Brother’s Specialized Coating Systems Ltd. provides high quality coating applications to a broad customer base in Western Canada. Our clients are oil & gas, water treatment and waste water. Our customers face a wide range of challenges within their diverse industries. Brother’s is instrumental in helping these customers by providing solutions for their specific service inquiry. By doing so Brother’s is able to assist with proper recommendations for the coating application, the required surface preparation for the service as well as any requirements before and during fabrication. Brother's applies several thin film and thick film liquid coatings. These coatings are applied to the internals of Tanks, Fabricated Pipe Spools, Down Hole Tubular Products, Pressure vessels and the externals of underground piping such as bends. The service requirements of most coatings we apply are Abrasion, High Pressure, High Temperatures, and Corrosion. All coatings are done in our climate controlled facility in Edmonton, Alberta. This allows us to maintain a balanced environment with minimal down time during in climate weather. Brother's feels that inspection is key to a well applied lining system and recommends some level of inspection be done. This could be 3rd party inspection or Brother's own in house quality program. Brother's applies all of it's coatings as per AMPP (NACE & SSPC) industry standards.
