Using only the highest quality, premium ingredients, locally sourced when possible, we have recreated the decadent dessert with a modern spin. Hand crafted locally, with a variety of incredible flavours (salted caramel, peanut butter, cherry coconut, double chocolate, gluten free) it is hard to have just one favourite. In addition to our standard flavours we celebrate each season by adding two seasonal creations (Summer 2013 - brewski & s'more, Fall 2013 chai pistacchio & maple pecan, Winter 2013 - festive eggnog & holiday mint). The most amazing sweet treat around, our brou'nēs pair exceptionally well with . . . everything! From your morning latte/tea to wine, beer and brandy (or simply the old stand by of a glass of milk).
