About Brower Baseball
Brower Baseball is an elite baseball training group that has 2 facilities (Eden Prairie, MN and Plymouth, MN). What sets Brower Baseball apart is our integration of technology, individualized programming, and decades of professional experience. Programs are supported by technology including motion capture assessments, force plate data, and strength & conditioning principles to support long-term athletic development. Founded by Jim Brower, a veteran of 17 professional seasons, 9 at the Major League level. Brower Baseball reflects the knowledge and insight gained from competing with 8 MLB teams and internationally in Japan, Venezuela, and Italy. Jim transitioned into coaching and spent 5 years with the Kansas City Royals, including the 2015 World Series season, then served as Pitching Coordinator for the 2016 World Series Champion Chicago Cubs. Most recently, he was the Major League Pitching Coach for the Seattle Mariners, helping guide one of the top minor league pitching pipelines in baseball. Today, Brower Baseball offers athletes across Minnesota access to pro-level training in a collaborative, consistent environment that supports growth from youth through college and beyond.
