Brown and Son Plumbing was established in 2013 by Anton Brown. From the beginning, the business was designed to enable Anton to treat his own customers the way they deserve to be treated and to create a positive place to work in. 10 years on and we have not lost this initial belief. We have a great team of diverse, quality and professional individuals, from our Plumbers, apprentices and administration support workers that still hold the same values today. Over many discussions, these company core values have been refined to the following key 5 ingredients and we believe this to be one of the keys to our success to date: DO THE RIGHT THING DO MORE THAN IS NECESSARY WE OWN OUR ACTIONS BE CURIOUS & HELPFUL ONE TEAM A passion for the Plumbing industry as a whole and building quality relationships early with national insurance builders, shopping centres, schools and both residential and commercial property managers led Brown and Son Plumbing to hire some great hardworking team members, some of whom, were proud to say have been with us for the long term now. Further advancements in our software allowed us to develop asset management programs to effectively maintain large volumes of customer site asset data and test records for scheduled preventative maintenance in the commercial sector. From here we worked heavily within the corporate and retail sectors, maintaining Plumbing-related assets across many corporate CBD towers, incredibly large suburban data centres, large retail shopping centres, schools and specialist medical centres inside and outside private hospitals. We are excited about what the future holds.
