We support the use of multiple therapeutic modalities in order to remain flexible to the needs of our clients, including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing, among other methodologies.
