About Brownes Boot Camp

Brownes Boot Camp is an outside fitness based business which utilises the outdoor environment and trains in ALL weather conditions ALL year round. We are friendly and welcoming. Browne’s Boot Camp was started in May 2011, by personal trainer, Angus Browne. Angus first developed the idea of outdoor training, in parks, for people in his home town of Leigh-on-Sea, Essex. He wanted to help local people access fitness resources in fun environments, and help them meet people who wanted to do the same. People that wanted to get fit and live a healthier lifestyle could do it outside of the constrictions of a gym. Browne’s Boot Camp started small, in a local park, but is growing quickly. It has already expanded through Essex and is moving through the UK and beyond! Your first session is FREE and you are welcome to come along and find out for yourself at one of our friendly training sessions in Leigh On Sea or Colchester. Witness for yourself the excellent training in a fun, stunning views and relaxed atmosphere that still push you to do your best. Most of the training is all done by time, so it's what you put into the hour that matters!! Why Angus Loves Outdoor Boot Camps: I love Brownes Boot Camp not only because of what we do – have fun, exercise and train all as one- but I also love nothing more than seeing clients getting the results they have worked hard for, as I believe it’s a lot harder than going to a gym. Training outside is a lovely experience and gets you breathing in fresh air not an air conditioning system which is full up with colds, viruses and germs. I might shout at you, tell you what to do and look at your form and technique but it’s all for the right reasons! You won’t get away with wimping out at Boot Camp, but we do have fun and great friendships are made. Not only are the classes great fun, but there are social events too – boot campers really form a tight bond and we call ourselves The BBC Family.
