Using the power of proactive tax planning we help clients keep more of what they earn. Additionally we provide the following core services: Corporation and LLCs - We prepare tax returns and assist clients with accounting. Many of my clients use QuickBooks. Some clients only need help with year end adjustments and income tax returns other clients need more frequent help through the year as needed, monthly and even weekly. I can help clients set up a corporation or LLC and guide them in keeping track of income and expenses. Individual income tax returns - I help people with tax reporting. I prefer to file electronically when possible. Taxes are only getting more complicated! We get "complification", what we really need is simplification! Trusts & Estates - Trusts are confusing to a first-time trustee. We help trustees with their duties and can serve as trustee as well. Charitable remainder trusts, charitable lead trusts and private foundations - We assist trustees and "administer" trusts and foundations by making an accounting, preparing the tax returns and calculate necessary beneficiary distributions for the trustee to pay. To accomplish this, we work with the trustee's investment advisor.
