Bruntons serves key aerospace OEMs and other Tier 1 suppliers including Airbus, Bombardier, Spirit, Leonardo, BAE Systems, Pilatus, PCC Aerostructures and many more. The Musselburgh site has 20,000 sq ft of shop floor space, housing abroad range of manufacturing capabilities. Our success in the stringent Aerospace and Defence markets has been built on over a century of experience, where the most exacting production quality standards attainable are imposed. Delivery on time and ‘right first time’ for our customers is a must. Bruntons is a leading supplier of Control Cables & Lanyards for the Aviation Industry, manufacturing to international standards or customer bespoke designs. We also manufacture specialised machined components for both production and aftermarket requirements, and support the Vintage Aircraft Market with the supply of Streamline Wires. Along with CNC Machining & Turning, Bruntons have extensive Thread Rolling capability, including approval for both ABP & AIPS Airbus processes. To satisfy the quality standards required, Bruntons hold AS9100 Rev D approval, a must for manufacturers wanting to work in this sector. Alongside this, we also hold a number of OEM ‘supplier approvals’ and other ‘special process approvals’ to support our customers specific needs.
