Our building services engineering consultancy team is mainly composed of mechanical and electrical engineers with specialization in the building services industry including renewable energy technologies, sustainability and energy management. The team has a combined experience of over 10 years in the building services consultancy area, and is driven by the concept of excellence and commitment towards the built environment. Our aim is to provide clients with controlled timing, cost and quality of projects enhancing their success while increasing the Client’s satisfaction. Such aim is provided through careful application of a systematic approach to: development management, mechanical and electrical systems design, project management, commissioning, and operation. The design approach adopted for each project ensures that the allocated resources are used appropriately to complete the project successfully within budget and on schedule. This is obtained through the involvement of various stakeholders including the Client, administrators, financial advisers, designers and contractors in order to not only understand the project goals and requirements, but also to ensure these are delivered accordingly. Our expertise is applied on all projects to ensure that all projects are designed to achieve the Client’s final objectives without undermining the quality of the installations and the final result.
