Founded by Rasheeda Butler in 2008, BSG specialises in placing European Hospitality Management student interns at prestigious private clubs along the East coast of the US. The European background of BSG’s principals, blended with their extensive hospitality experience in the US, positions them as the quintessential conduit for students looking to maximize the success of their internships. For clubs and hotels, having career-oriented students enhances the quality of their service teams. Significantly, they also add a distinctive flair that is warmly appreciated by the more affluent members and guests to whom such entities cater. Our recruitment is a multi-stage process that begins with informational presentations at universities and colleges. We then ensure that each student is eligible for the J1 Visa and programme as well as identifying the best possible prospective Host for the student, based upon information gathered in the earlier stages. Not only do we provide students with pre-screening and J-1 eligibility reviewing, we also facilitate student interview with the host organisation, the preparation of Form DS-7002 Training & Internship Placement Plan (TIPP), Issuing of Form DS-2019 form (approval to be an Exchange Intern) We also provide: - CV guidance - Coordination with J-1 Visa sponsor - Skype Interview advice and preparation - Coordination with Host club/hotel - Visa application assistance - Pre-Departure Orientation seminar in London - 24-hour support provided by BSG during your stay in the USA - Cultural events schedule
