BTB is here to support you on your journey. Our sole purpose is to give you the tools, support and guidance to achieve your goals. Being the new kid in class can be daunting. Taking the first steps into a new gum can be terrifying, and this is one of the reasons that we have set up the training facility the way we have. So that we can quickly turn the fear into achievement and a sense of belonging. We’re a friendly bunch. Our team of Coaches are on hand and here for you should you need anything or want anything explaining. You can reach us anytime on coaching@btb.me.uk. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can and will do all that we can to get you up and moving towards your goals as quickly as possible. Our members all remember what it was like when they first joined too, so will always welcome you with a smile. We’ll always introduce you to everyone in the gym when you are training so you can start to put some friendly faces to names too. Regardless of your starting point, as long as you are ready to commit to the process, you will get the results you want whilst training with us. Our aim is for you to walk out of your first session invigorated and feeling motivated to get back on that gym floor Just let us know if you have any questions and we hope to welcome you to the BTB family soon.
