BTYC gymnastics offers a diverse range of inclusive programs ranging from KinderGym classes through to our competitive streams. Our 11 different gymnastics programs cater for everyone from two months through to and including adults. We offer the following programs: Trampoline, Tumbling, KinderGym, Boys and Girls recreation, Gymstar, Aerobics, Men’s and Women’s artistic gymnastics, All abilities, Adult classes and a Schools Program. Gymnastics is a sport that improves overall fitness, strength, balance, coordination and body awareness, as well as helping to improve athletic performance in any other sport. Extended participation in gymnastics classes also provides many additional benefits such as improved mental focus and concentration, social interaction, discipline and numerous health benefits. At BTYC Gymnastics we promote a positive, helpful and friendly environment. The children who attend classes and their parents, are our most valued customers. We ensure the programs that we offer our families are well planned and delivered by our passionate and highly qualified coaches. This winning combination helps us retain gymnasts in the sport. By employing enthusiastic coaches who promote gymnastics, we allow the love of the sport to be passed on to the children they coach. Our coaches are Gymnastics Australia qualified and are provided with regular coach training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to progress each gymnast in a fun and safe environment.
