Founded in 2006, Buckhaven Construction Services began with a clear mission: to deliver high-quality exterior renovations for regional and national multifamily owners. In those early years, we completed over 20,000 exterior projects—establishing a reputation for reliability, craftsmanship, and client-focused service. In 2009, that reputation led to a pivotal opportunity: managing large-scale interior repositions. This expansion reshaped our business and propelled us into full-scope multifamily renovations. By 2016, Buckhaven had renovated over 50,000 apartment units across the Southeastern United States, working with a diverse range of ownership groups—from REITs and institutional investors to private owners and developers. In 2017, we added a new dimension to our capabilities: ground-up multifamily construction. By forming dedicated teams for both renovation and new development, we’ve grown into a fully integrated construction partner—capable of supporting clients across the entire lifecycle of their assets. Today, Buckhaven is uniquely positioned to serve owners and developers with diverse portfolios.
