If you struggle with confidence, self-esteem or motivation and want to find a safe, fun, non-judgemental place to make new friends and improve your fitness at your own pace, then we make it our mission to help & support you. We are community fitness specialists in Nottingham providing you with a wide variety of fun, friendly, local fitness classes that are affordable & accessible for everyone of all ages, abilities, shapes & sizes. Classes include Zumba, Fitness Pilates, Glow Beatz, Jungle Body, FitSteps, Beatz, Pound, Freestyle Fitness Yoga, PWR Beatz, Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold chair-based classes – No Judgement! No Pressure! Just Fitness, Friendship & FUN! Sally (founder) having danced since the age of 3 and working in the fitness industry since 2007, combined her passions for community, fitness & dance and, fueled with the strong desire to really make a difference to people’s lives, she set up Buena Vida Fitness to fulfil her mission of making fitness more fun, more affordable and most importantly more accessible to everyone. Sally started out on her own teaching just a few classes per week. The business has grown from strength to strength over the years and, thanks to the strong community vibe and fun, friendly atmosphere at all the classes, Buena Vida now has a team of passionate, talented instructors, a huge community of like-minded, supportive class members and over 20 weekly classes. Our motto is: “As long as your arms/legs are moving in some direction, and you’re having fun, that’s all that matters.” We pride ourselves on high quality customer service, always working hard to exceed customer expectations on a daily basis and we aim to improve confidence & self-esteem as well as health & fitness whilst encouraging a strong sense of community & friendship in all of our classes.
