An affordable, sustainability-minded alternative to retail, Buffalo Exchange is a fashion resale favorite beloved by college students, bargain hunters, fashion trend-setters and everyone in between. We’ve been in the business of buying, selling and trading amazing used clothing since 1974, when we were founded by visionary duo Kerstin and Spencer Block in Tucson, Arizona. To this day, Kerstin and her daughter, Rebecca, continue to run this groundbreaking family biz minutes away from where it all began way-back-when in the ‘70s. We’re committed to sustainable fashion, empowering people and having a positive impact on the community and the environment. Our Tokens for Bags© program is just one of the many ways we give back. Instead of providing single use plastic bags, we give every shopper a token to donate to one of several local charities. Since 1994, Tokens for Bags© has generated over $893,860 for thousands of local nonprofits and has kept almost 17.9 million plastic bags out of the environment. We also hold an annual Earth Day $1 Sale to raise funds for an environmental non-profit and run various other initiatives throughout the year! It’s important to us to encourage the personal and professional growth of each and every team member.
