You don't build a business you Build People and they build the business for you. Build People is the culmination of my 20 years recruitment experience to the Construction & Built Environment sector, which added to my construction degree qualification, provides you with the perfect recruitment partner. Whilst operating in Senior Level Director roles for a number of years I have always retained a passion and desire to work closely with clients and candidates alike and have always maintained a healthy client portfolio. Build People is a bespoke consultancy which provides me with the perfect platform to focus on where my recruitment passions lie. Developing fantastic career opportunities for you the candidate and providing my clients with best individuals who can make a real difference to their business both now and in the future. My focus has always been the SME construction sector developing direct relationships with recruitment decision makers at Senior and HR level. I have placed senior level, project specific, commercial and design related professionals with companies working in Interior Fit-Out, Main & Regional Contractors, Housing and Social Housing, M&E Building Services and Consultancies throughout the UK. In addition I have managed teams of consultants who have also recruited to these sectors.
