Our services in brief (non exhaustive list): -Proof-reading of contractual documents (in Dutch) and advising corrections & additions to help safeguard your interests (examples - compromis, notarial akte, bank & mortgage specific, builder's offer & contract etc.) -Assess the land to flag issues or potential future challenges, getting the state of the underground officially checked for stability & hidden issues, getting land cleaned up of trees, bushes etc. -Leverage professional contacts & experience to help you find the right builder, sub-contractors, bank etc. -During the Design, Construction & Delivery phases, provide practical tips & rules of thumb to avoid having to make costly changes later, identify tasks that are best left to the builder & those that are good candidates for cost-effective sub-contracting, provide pro-active input (and even take agreed upon actions) at each phase of construction to enable smooth flow of work between builder & all sub-contractors etc. (Building Advisory & Services is a service offering of Softgold Consultants)
