Building Consents Ltd. is a company of experienced Registered Building Inspectors (RBIs) operating throughout the UK but concentrating on the North West (North Wales, Liverpool, Manchester, Cheshire), the Midlands (Birmingham, Coventry) and South West (Dorset, Somerset). We have a decade of successful projects and repeat business through close partnership with leading developers, contractors and architects as well as home-owners. Our typical projects include multi-storey residential and student accommodation, hotels, hospitals, educational, medical and industrial buildings but also houses, loft conversions and kitchen and lounge extensions. We are proud to be members of the Chartered Association of Building Engineers, the RICS and are regulated by the Building Safety Regulator, part of the HSE. As a Registered Building Control Approver we work for developers, architects, contractors and homeowners to audit and inspect their projects to ensure they comply with Building Regulations. We undertake a thorough check of drawings and specifications and then make regular inspections of the work in progress to check compliance. If the work complies we issue a final completion certificate providing confidence that the building has been designed and constructed safely. Our surveyors are professionally qualified and trained to the highest standard, so that we can provide you with up-to-date compliance checks at each stage of your project. We also work with you at each stage to make sure we document and audit your design and then inspect the work in progress at key stages.
