BEST specializes in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac protocols, with over 75% of our inspections occurring for either of these two programs. BEST's primary emphasis is on multifamily communities, but we also have a diversified portfolio that includes healthcare facilities, hotels, retail centers, office buildings, warehouses, storage facilities, and mixed use developments. Our company focus is to thoroughly ascertain the condition of the physical asset and environmental issues affecting the financing, acquisition, refinancing, pre-foreclosure, renovation, and construction of all types of commercial real estate. BEST is a professional commercial property inspection firm developed to provide comprehensive inspection services for mortgage lenders and investors(Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac).
