BPC Green Builders is dedicated to the design, construction and renovation of beautiful homes that benefit both homeowners and the environment. As one of the area’s first and leading green custom home builders, we employ home energy audits, green building, sustainable building, passive house, building science and green architecture approaches to create green renovated and green custom new homes that are not only beautiful, comfortable and a joy to live in but are also highly functional, are easy on the environment and provide homeowners energy savings for the life of their homes. BPC Green Builders began building and renovating high performance, green homes back in 1998. As a result, we have a great deal of experience. Today we know how to build or renovate a home to use roughly 10% of the energy of a conventional home. Every home we have built or renovated is Energy Star certified. We built the first 2 LEED Platinum Homes in Fairfield County and the only American Lung Association Health House in CT. Our homes have won numerous awards as well such as "Best Use of Advanced Building Technology", "Most Intriguing Residence in CT", and "Best Energy Efficient Green Home in CT".
