Builts introduces a state-of-the-art UI, an extensible data structure that replaces the primitive Multiple Listing Service used in the vast majority of transactions in the US today, utilizes "big data" analysis to determine a variety of metrics to replace the oft-quoted but simplistic "price per square foot", and applies AI "deep learning" algorithms to improve the negotiation process. Builts supports a vast expansion of the quantitative and qualitative attributes of a property, including items that are not captured by any other known solution.
