Bulwark Dynamics builds unmanned workboats for the hardest waters. Our mission is focused and deliberate: delivering resilient autonomy for contested logistics. We design semi-submersible USVs that move supplies, sense, and execute beach landings—all without fragile links or GPS. We’re a ship-and-software company in one loop. Hulls, autonomy, payloads, and sea trials live under the same roof so we can iterate fast with operators. Our stack is built for jamming and clutter: GPS-denied navigation (LEO Doppler + inertial), collaborative swarming, modular mission bays, and austere launch & recovery. COTS where it wins, custom where it matters—so units are attritable, affordable, and fieldable. Culture-wise, we bias to the water. Data from trials beats slideware. Builders own outcomes end-to-end. Our team blends roboticists, embedded and controls engineers, naval architects, and veterans who’ve lived littoral ops.
