Bureau_Bliem is formed around Ralf Bliem, passionate architect, engineer and designer through years of experience and training. The Agency operates at the fields of architecture, modular object integration and their transfer to digital manufacturing processes. With increasing interest in research and design, Studio Bliem successfully applied for a R+D Fund by KWF. Further, this led to the transition to Bureau_Bliem, encouraging research for new sustainable material approaches in the building industry. As a co-founder of Biotop*, Ralf Bliem was granted a EFRE Fund in late 2018 to develop a modular interior design for the bio-tech sector. This project strengthend his ongoing collaboration between science and architecture. Bureau_Bliem and Biotop* share their paths with their mission to interconnect science and design. Projects are located all over Europe and range from lab interiors, commercial interiors, exhibition design, office renovations to mid scale architecture projects. Bureau_Bliem approaches to work in a progressive growing network of designers, architects and manufacturers.
