Bureau Maatschappelijk Herstel en Rehabilitatie (MHR) is een vrijwilligersorganisatie die vanuit het hart van aandachtswijken aan een effectieve rehabilitatie en re-integratie van (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren werkt. De directeur van Bureau MHR is initiatiefnemer Karima Daoudi. Zij zet zich al jaren in voor verbetering van de sociale omstandigheden van minderheidsgroepen in de regio Zuid-Holland. Vanuit haar passie en expertise heeft zij de verschillende programma’s, waaronder het succesvolle Forsa!, ontwikkeld. Bureau MHR is actief in Den Haag, Rotterdam en Delft en krijgt erkenning vanuit wetenschappelijke organisaties, zoals Verwey Jonker en Movisie. Tevens zijn wij door het Ministerie van Veiligheid en Justitie officieel erkent als Niet-Justitiegebonden Organisatie (NJO). Het succes van Bureau MHR is gebaseerd op verschillende gespecialiseerde programma’s: FORSA!; Een integrale aanpak waarbij (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren intensief worden begeleid naar een positieve, stabiele toekomst waar geen plaats is voor herhaling van strafbare feiten (=recidive). AL NOUR; Biedt moeders en zussen ondersteuning om de detentie van hun gezinslid te verwerken. HORIZON; Biedt vaders en broers ondersteuning om de detentie van hun gezinslid te verwerken. AL HIDJRA; Helpt uitgeprocedeerde Marokkaanse burgers aan een nieuwe toekomst in Marokko. Unieke aanpak Onze programma’s worden ondersteund door verschillende middelen: FORSA! methodiek; Een effectieve oplossing voor een succesvolle rehabilitatie en re-integratie van (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren. FORSA! APP; Biedt (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren houvast en controle op de acht leefgebieden om een succesvolle herintreding te maken. PREJOB; Een training waarbij in korte tijd (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren voorbereid worden op hun terugkeer in de maatschappij. ORC; Opvang en Re-integratie Centrum dat (ex-)gedetineerde jongeren de kans biedt zich optimaal te ontwikkelen binnen een stabiele en veilige omgeving.
