We bring New Zealand to you; pure, unprocessed and better for you! We are a New Zealand inspired gastro pub serving award-winning gourmet burgers. At Burger Bach, the New Zealand influence is all around, but it is our supplier partnership relationships that provide a unique point of differentiation for our brand. Silver Fern Farms in New Zealand is the exclusive supplier of our pasture raised, 100% grass fed, Black Angus beef. With the same guidelines, Ovation provides 100% grass fed free range New Zealand lamb. The commitment to using only the best quality, all natural ingredients continues throughout our menu with organic, hormone free, cage free chicken from Shenandoah Valley and Bach-made black bean patties on fresh local buns delivered daily. We serve sautéed steamed Prince Edward Island mussels, Wild caught jumbo Argentinian Royal red shrimp, roasted oysters shucked to order and a raw bar full of fresh local and Mid-Atlantic oysters. We offer sixteen Bach-made dipping sauces to accommodate our fresh-cut fries, and have an array of share plates, healthy sides and fresh-tossed salads. We carry a variety of beverages complementing our menu ranging from seasonal specialty craft cocktails Pre-Prohibition style, Southern Hemisphere wines and 24-30 craft beers on tap.
