Chapdelaine Institutional Equities was formed in April 2004 when the former Fleet Institutional Trading Services group joined Chapdelaine Corporate Securities and Co. (CCS). CCS's January 2007 acquisition by Tullett Prebon Holdings Corp. led to CIE becoming a division of Tullett Prebon Financial Services LLC. In November 2010, Burke & Quick Partners was formed by James Burke after an amicable split from Tullett Prebon Financial Services.
