At BWP, our mission is to create authentic and exceptional places for people to work, play, shop and dine. We build prosperity for our shareholders through projects that support community and inspire positive changes in the way people live. Over the past 30 years, BWP and our affiliates have acquired or developed millions of square footage in commercial property throughout the United States, including professional and medical office, retail, and industrial properties. In 2007, the partnership of industry veterans Scott Burnham and Bryon Ward gave BWP the opportunity to create some of Orange County’s most distinctive and unique commercial projects. We approach each project with an emphasis on value creation, either through ground-up development or by repositioning obsolete or economically challenged properties. "We believe that properties provide a canvas for people to interact, work, and experience life.” Our goal is to create community through property, to positively influence people’s lives, and to do so in an environmentally conscious manner. The end result is a portfolio of properties that best serve the community, are environmentally conscious, and add long term value. Today, our portfolio consists of industrial, professional, and medical office buildings, retail shopping centers, and boutique retail.
