Burnout wellness is a dedicated professional consultancy service which empowers and promotes our remarkable clients to overcome challenges with burnout and declining mental health which may occur as a result of a plethora of life events such as stress and burnout at work, relationship challenges, declining tolerance of their responsibilities or anything which becomes an obstacle in reaching their valued life goals. Although each coaching package is unique and bespoke in terms of content and interventions based on the individual circumstances presented the aim of each programme is to promote flourishing once again in order that our clients can feel good and perform well. Our practices are informed by Positive Psychology which is the scientific study of human thriving in tandem with coaching psychology which applies theories and concepts to the coaching delivery. This creates the opening of mind-space which produces new awareness which in turn provides empowering discoveries through enlightening pathways forwards. We have seen some remarkable results using this methodology and have enabled clients to return to previous levels of health not experienced for some time. The relationships are developed in a professional but friendly atmosphere with a laid-back and fun overarching ambience within the parameters of an equal partnership. The Principal and founder is widely experienced in stress and burnout, mental health matters and also entrepreneurship and business which he has experienced on an international platform. The coaching is delivered either on an in-person basis (pending location logistics) or online via Zoom, Skype or telephone, enabling a world-wide audience.
