Based in St. Louis, Missouri, USA, Burroughs International specializes in Executive Integration, Coaching and Recruiting. Our New Leader Integration process combines the model outlined in our President's groundbreaking book, "Before Onboarding: How to Integrate New Leaders for Quick and Sustained Results" (five stars on Amazon) with case studies from leading edge organizations. We provide on site workshops to HR and Talent Management professionals to assist them in building a New Leader Integration program tailored to their organizations. We will integrate new leaders your organization recruits or promotes. We call our process "pre-boarding." It begins when an offer is accepted. Most of the work is accomplished prior to the new leader's start date. We continue to work with the new leader and his/her manager for the first 90 days. Burroughs International also provides Executive Coaching to senior leaders and we provide career transition advice to senior executives and senior military officers in the midst of change. Our staff includes Board Certified Executive Coaches with experience in private practice and coaching for leading performance improvement firms. We are currently strategic partners with Sheer Velocity, LLC, a Denver-based retained executive search firm. We recruit executives for them and also serve as the executive integration resource for all of their search consultants. Burroughs International's executive recruiting experience spans three decades and includes consultant leadership roles with a top five global search firm as well as three boutiques. We have placed senior leaders ranging from director to public company CEO in the US, Asia and Europe.
