Burton Metal Finishing, Inc.& Powder Coating was established in July 1987 to be a job shop metal finisher for Columbus metropolitan area starting in a 6000 sq. ft. building and over the years encompassing 5.3 acres and over 88,000 sq. ft. in 2 buildings on the property. We provide metal and powder coatings to military, commercial industries, architectural and residential industries. Our processes include Anodizing of Aluminum, Hard coat of Aluminum, Dyed Anodized Aluminum, TCP (Non Chrome Chemical Conversation), Etch and Bright Dip of Aluminum, Zinc Plating (Barrel and Rack), Zinc Phosphate and Kats 6228 Spray Coating. To help Burton Become a one stop shop Media Blasting was added in 2015 to be a stand-alone process or to aid Powder Coating process ,with one of the largest Powder Coating batch processes in the Columbus, Dayton and Cincinnati Metropolitan area. Our customer base ranges from Rogue Fitness, Finish Line, Ulta Beauty Stores, Limited Express, New York New York, Ferno-Washington, Honda, Toyota, General Motors, Ford, City Municipalities, Machine Shops, Fabricating Shops, Architects, Manufacturing Facilities, Residential, and Individuals. Burton Metal Finishing is unique because we offer pick-up and delivery for powder coating and metal finishing and it is rare to have both processes under one roof and to be able to deliver and pick up from our customers and potential customers. This further aids us on returning these orders back on a scheduled delivery date, this is very uncommon in our industry today. Our 3 Generations of family provide an atmosphere most companies seek in today’s business environment.
