It is a Class A licensed, bonded, insured, and VDOT prequalified full-service excavation company with strengths in pipe and utility work, site work, and construction management. At its inception one corporate goal was to become a premier site development company in the Shenandoah Valley using a solution based attitude for those complicated/open-ended projects.
