Founded in 2010 we are a highly experienced group of business consultants and auditors with backgrounds working for the Big 4 professional services/accountancy firms as well as in industry. We work together to pool our knowledge and skills to provide your business with the best service at a competitive rate. Whilst many of our consultants have a strong IT background we are not just about IT and many of our services – e.g. Business Continuity Management, Programme Management, Risk Management and GDPR are much wide than IT. We are formally trained and certified in all the leading information security and project methodologies, including ISO27001 (information security), ISO22301 (business continuity), PRINCE2 (project management), MSP (Programme management) and GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). Our core principle is to provide you with the knowledge and capability so that you can fully operate after our work with you has finished. As an example, an important part of our approach is to provide training during the engagement - either as we are undertaking the work or with formal classroom training courses. We work in all business sectors including the public sector (local government, NHS and central government), financial services (e.g. banking retail and investment), not for profit (education, housing and charities). We work with all sizes of organisations from very small SMEs (e.g. 5 people) to FTSE 100 companies. We are used to dealing with staff at all levels in organisations include Boards, Audit committees and C level executives. We often start work on our engagements at very short notice – typically within a few days. Our engagements are of any size from one day upwards and include part time work – for example a day a month. We are primarily based in the North of England but provide services to all of the UK and internationally. Recent international assignments were in Sydney and Hong Kong.
