About Business Education Events (BEE)
BEE stands for the cross pollination of ideas and information: from the realm of work to education and vice versa. We are an innovative organisation, reinvigorating mentoring and careers support provided across the London Boroughs of Barnet, Brent, Camden, Ealing, Enfield, Haringey, Harrow, and Waltham Forest, alongside Hertfordshire. We work with young people, schools and businesses to improve young people's access to career opportunities and networks in life that will enable them to succeed. Our many years of experience in business and the education sector make us the right people to forge those networks. The events we organise bring Employers and Students together via dynamic, fun, and focused activities that comply with the Education Act 2011 in providing ‘Independent Careers Advice’. There are also a wide range of valuable employer and employee benefits that are generated through our activities, ranging from honing communication, leadership and team-building skills to enabling cross-employer networks and achievement of corporate social responsibility commitments. All our events are fully structured and evaluated, and developed in consultation with coordinating teachers and employers to ensure our programmes achieve agreed objectives and outcomes, ‘based on the needs of pupils and the opportunities available’.
