Business Transition Specialists (BTS) was founded by Michael DeSiato, who in addition to being a CPA and CFP, holds three specialty designations in exit planning (CExP, CEPA and CVGA). As a former managing partner of a large local CPA firm who successfully engineered a sale of the practice to a strategic buyer, Michael is using his experience as a exiting business owner to help mid-sized business owners plan for one of the most significant financial events in their lives – the successful exit from their business – with the money that they need to start the next chapter of their lives.
