Founded in 2003, Butler Brothers is a family-owned, fully integrated design-build firm consisting of three separate companies: Butler Brothers Development LP, Butler Brothers Architecture LLC, and Butler Brothers Construction, Corp. Their strategy for each project encompasses the whole design OR home building life cycle: they fully develop a design concept, find the right land opportunity, organize their investment vehicle, secure investors, obtain construction financing, manage construction, market the development, and sell the properties.
