When founder Gabriel Bogner was diagnosed with Crohn's disease his world was turned upside down. After losing his entire colon and rectum to Crohn's plus 12 abdominal / anal surgeries later he was left with a whole host of butt issues that severely impacted his quality of life - irritation, inflammation, hemorrhoids, itchiness, butt burn, fistulas, abscesses, fissures...you name it. After finding little relief from legacy products he decided to start a brand focused entirely on butt health, designing superior treatments and working to end the stigma around butt health. At Butty, we’re redefining self-care from the bottom up. We’re the first brand at the intersection of skincare and digestive health, creating high-quality, well-designed solutions and treatments for the millions suffering from hemorrhoids, irritation, butt acne, butt burn, inflammation, postpartum anal issues, and more. The market is dominated by outdated, ineffective products, while over 20M Americans are currently dealing with perianal issues in silence. Stigma keeps 70% of them from seeking medical care, and no brand has stepped up to challenge the status quo—until now. We’re taking butt care mainstream, launching with an FDA-approved hemorrhoid and inflammation cream that combines prescription-strength relief medications with natural, science-backed ingredients like chamomile, green tea, and fucoidan—a powerhouse seaweed extract known for its anti-inflammatory and healing properties. And because this is an OTC product, no prescription is required to purchase our products. But Butty is more than just a product—it’s a movement to normalize and elevate butt health.
