About Buxton Recruitment and Healthcare
Buxton Recruitment LTD is a staffing and recruiting company based out of United Kingdom. Founded in 2015 by local group of Nurses who felt a great need for job creation and the supply of dedicated, whilst highly motivated temporary healthcare staff within Norfolk and surrounding areas. Our highly experienced team have an excellent reputation for delivering care with compassion, dignity and respect. All our staff are thoroughly vetted and undergo an enhanced Disclosure Bureau Service (DBS) check prior to commencement of work assignments. As part of our staff’s ongoing continued professional development we provide in-house mandatory and statutory training on a yearly basis. We also provide regular clinical and managerial supervision to ensure that a high standard of care is maintained. We are also willing to partake in any identified specialised training that may be therapeutic to your service. Our aim is to work collaboratively with your service to; turn staffing problems into opportunities, control your wage bill and to allow you the flexibility to be creative in your organisational assignments.
