About BWIF - Black Women In Finance

Black Women in Finance (BWIF) is a community of black females working in the financial industry. Whether you're just starting out your career or have been in the game for a few years, we are dedicated to not only connecting talented women, but supporting them personally and professionally as well. Beyond this, we also serve as a platform for black women aspiring to do what we do. We want to provide the inspiration, encouragement and motivation needed to enter this challenging, though ultimately rewarding, industry. Those of us who have made it thus far might remember how difficult it was starting out. Now that we are here, we want to extend a helping hand to those coming behind us. Not only do we hope to widen black women’s access to this competitive industry, we will also support them as they build successful long-term careers. We invite you to join us on this mission as we work together to build the BWIF community.
