About C&A Associates

C&A Associates, Inc. was formed in April 1990 and incorporated in 1991 to work with Community Banks in Louisiana and Mississippi in the areas of Disaster Recovery and Proof-of-Deposit. Since that time, the company has expanded its services to cover the entire United States and the International Bank community. Today our customers not only include financial institutions, banks and credit unions, but also newspapers, casinos, tax collectors, insurance companies, school boards, district and local courts and municipalities, churches and utility companies. RFID Solutions Our latest RFID suite Includes: PADTrax Evidence is a full featured specifically-tailored solution designed to track evidence through the Chain-Of-Custody while being able to perform on-shelf-inventories and audits faster than bar-code and manual processes. PADtrax Asset Management extends basic list and tracking functions allowing you to fully manage the lifecycle of assets, from acquisition to retirement, including automated maintenance schedules, inspections, asset relationships, custody, workflows, and more. PADTrax Attendance incorporates RFID smart-badges with attendee tracking for organizational meetings and brings along all the information you would need to track attendees, function names, continuing education units (credit hours). Administrators may optionally create functions with digital attachments, have them emailed upon checking in to the event, and sending event surveys to attendees after the event has ended.
