Who We Are: The C.A.R.E. Advisory Network is an organization with the sole purpose of giving back to those who give the most by helping individuals and communities. Founder & Industry Leader, Chris Diaz, has served the community for over 20 years in real estate and mortgage based ventures. The C.A.R.E. This isn’t the first time he’s brought solutions to Southern California either. You may remember the column he wrote for the OC Register for several years, during the financial crisis. While many people were struggling, Chris and his team at Charis Financial (pronounced Care-Is) were busy providing effective solutions and assistance for people looking to avoid foreclosure. When the OC Register asked him to help the community at large, he gladly obliged. There has always been a desire for service excellence by this team, and in 2012, Charis Loans was started to help homeowners reenter the mortgage market. Since it’s founding, Charis Loans has helped thousands of people with their mortgage. The California Real Estate Advisory Network, launched in late 2018, is now serving 5 Southern California Counties and several different service minded professions along with new home buyers. What We Offer: Once we answer all of your questions about buying/selling/refinancing, we walk you through how a lender will qualify you, then the CARE Advisory Network will partner you up with a highly rated Loan Officer and Real Estate Agent, who have agreed to credit a portion of their commission towards your closing costs, saving you thousands.
