About C-Collective

C-Collective is a charitable endorsed organisation that uses entrepreneurial innovation to develop personal resilience in young people going through tough times. Every one of our young people has a story and some obstacles getting in the way of them reaching their potential. We can stigmatise them for you but that’s not how we operate. C-Collective is all about developing personal resilience. Change is tough, we know that, but good things don’t come easy so we use a strengths based coaching model that challenges participants to get out of their comfort zone and do things that they never thought possible. It's awesome to watch! Young people get their hands dirty and are coached through the process of developing a social enterprise in a group setting. They learn practical skills in research and development, profit and loss, budgeting, networking, website development, business software, basic book keeping, social media marketing and office admin. We believe social enterprise is the missing link for organisations that support young people and we can prove it. From our pilot programs 66% went on to further education. It’s not just what we do but also how we do it that makes all the difference. Our programs are meaningful because we have 'skin in the game' meaning all the learnings are tangible, real world experiences that affect the success of our next venture.
