Specializing in Commercial Roofing, Econo-Shield Roof Systems®, Above-Grade Waterproofing, and Customer Educational Programs, C.I.S. provides a quality product at a fair price. C.I.S. provides contracting and emergency services to ALL of Southern California. Founder and president Bill Baley decided to open this business in 1992 and since then has dedicated his work to helping educate his customers as to how they can take control of their budget and minimize reactive expenses. In addition to this, Bill is a member and Board Director of various roofing associations including, the National Roofing Contractors Association (NRCA), Western States Roofing Contractors Association (WSRCA), and Roofing Contractors Association of California (RCAC). He is also a member and supporter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in the Los Angeles and Orange County areas. His company has completed roof installation and services for Property Managers, HOA's, Commercial and Industrial Owners, Retail Customers, School Districts, Municipalities, Industrial Facilities and much more.
