About C.I.T.A.S.
C.I.T.A.S. stands for Community Interpreting, Translation and Access Services, and since 1999 it helps the local statutory and voluntary organisations with the implementation of equal access policies. Our mission is to improve community communications and equality of access to BME, refugees and asylum seekers; to create progressive employment opportunities for bilingual individuals and; to promote good practice in the provision of language services to the local statutory, voluntary, health and community sectors. Our vision is that every resident of West London will have equal access to all public and private services, without language or culture as a barrier.
