C2N is een adviesbureau gevestigd in de Zeestraat Den Haag (NL), dat haar opdrachtgever ondersteunt in het verbeteren van de financiële en duurzame prestaties van hun vastgoed. We richten ons daarbij op oplossingen die werken, nu en in de toekomst. We adviseren institutionele beleggers, overheden, asset managers, ontwikkelaars, bouwers, ingenieursbureaus en eindgebruikers. Ons werkgebied is Nederland en overige EU-landen. Begonnen in 2004 als projectmanagers voor projecten met een internationaal karakter, hebben we ons vanaf 2007 ontwikkeld tot best-of-class duurzaamheidsadviseurs, met diverse prijswinnende duurzame projecten op onze palmares. Onze opdrachtgevers schakelen ons onder andere in voor: o Inventariseren van de huidige staat van hun vastgoed en hoe die op de meest rendabele manier te verduurzamen. o In het verlengde daarvan: het opstellen van ESG-rapportages, EED-rapportages, EU-taxonomie en. o Certificering van duurzaam vastgoed volgens internationaal erkende certificeringssystemen zoals WELL, BREEAM, LEED, GPR Gebouw en EPA-labelling – zowel voor nieuw als bestaand vastgoed. o Technical Due Diligence bij vastgoedtransacties. o Projectmanagement voor nieuwbouw, renovaties, restauraties en fit-out projecten.
