CAD dynamics provides CAD outsourcing services. We were established to provide the temporary, additional CAD drafting and design that all engineering companies need from time to time. We are dedicated to providing the highest quality CAD drafting possible while being extremely sensitive to our customers specific requirements, and deadlines. Our overarching goal is to always exceed our customer’s expectations. We realize that we will only exist as long as our customers are satisfied and we will only prosper if our customers prosper. Our approach is to provide highly personalized service. Once an account is established each customer is assigned an account manager who becomes the customer’s individual point of contact. This manager is responsible for understanding the customer’s specific requirements such as CAD standards and drawing format, expected time frame, preferred delivery method, and ensuring they are met to the customer’s complete satisfaction. The concept is to essentially provide an additional “employee” who can be called on anytime he/she is needed. The only difference being this “employee” is off-site, but just as familiar with your company’s specifics as any of your on-site employee.
