ABOUT Cadence Culture was founded by Eddie Eng and Calvin Yeo - friends, colleagues, and partners in purpose. They had a simple idea: work, life, and values can integrate synergistically in life-giving rhythms. After decades of serving global brands, aligning leadership teams, and guiding organisations through cultural transformations, they developed a shared conviction – work culture can be the life stream that brings growth and flourishing to people, teams, and organisations. This conviction led to the birth of Cadence Culture in 2024, in the heart of bustling Singapore.
